Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative support, student services, education coordination, or a similar role
- Strong written English communication skills, with confidence handling high-volume email correspondence
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Experience managing administrative workflows, documentation, and data entry
- Comfortable working with learning management systems, CRMs, or similar digital platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a structured environment
- Comfortable making occasional phone calls when required
- Experience coordinating placements, scheduling, or stakeholder communication is highly preferred
- Familiarity with placement coordination tools such as PlaceRight or similar scheduling/placement platforms is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitor and verify student attendance records daily within the learning management system (LMS)
- Review attendance submissions from trainers and ensure records are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Coordinate practical placement arrangements by liaising with external facilities and stakeholders
- Send placement requests, manage placement-related communications, and track confirmations through email and placement platforms such as PlaceRight
- Maintain and organise placement agreements, student records, and supporting documentation
- Provide timely support to students primarily via email, text, and digital communication platforms
- Respond to student enquiries regarding attendance, placements, and general administrative concerns
- Identify issues, resolve routine concerns independently, and escalate more complex matters appropriately
- Ensure accurate data entry, record-keeping, and compliance with internal administrative processes
