Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Success/IT Chat Support.
- Experience in mortgage broking, banking, or finance preferred.
- Experience in BPO handling relevant finance accounts considered.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (Intercom, Zendesk).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
Responsibilities
- Provide behind-the-scenes support for Customer Success Specialists.
- Provision new accounts, set up environments, and issue passwords.
- Respond to customer support queries via Intercom help desk.
- Investigate complex requests or log bug reports in JIRA.
- Update client workflows and perform account customizations.
- Conduct account health checks.
- Action subscription changes such as upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations.
- Keep documentation updated as features change.
