Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Success/IT Chat Support.
  • Experience in mortgage broking, banking, or finance preferred.
  • Experience in BPO handling relevant finance accounts considered.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems (Intercom, Zendesk).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and data.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, 'can-do' attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Provide behind-the-scenes support for Customer Success Specialists.
  • Provision new accounts, set up environments, and issue passwords.
  • Respond to customer support queries via Intercom help desk.
  • Investigate complex requests or log bug reports in JIRA.
  • Update client workflows and perform account customizations.
  • Conduct account health checks.
  • Action subscription changes such as upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations.
  • Keep documentation updated as features change.
