Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or project-based work in healthcare or health tech.
Minimum 3 years of experience directly managing teams.
Experience with set-up, configuration, technical integration, or administration of a SaaS product.
Experience with complex project management.
Ability to guide stakeholders through large-scale organizational transformation.
Broad knowledge of the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) landscape.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Proficiency with Tableau, HubSpot, and JIRA.
Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize information.
Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.

Drive the Implementation team’s end-to-end performance and scale to meet demand.
Manage a team of Implementation Managers while leading strategic customer engagements as a player-coach.
Consult with customers on Parachute platform capabilities and integrations.
Onboard medical equipment suppliers to the platform to drive digital ordering growth.
Develop strategy for applying platform features within existing customer workflows.
Implement and monitor AI intake and ordering platform activations.
Develop and share data-driven insights and progress reports.
Execute process improvements for onboarding and transformation.
Roll out new products and communicate feedback to internal product teams.
Lead demos and training sessions and synthesize best practices into playbooks.
