- Proven ability to manage concurrent requests and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating event logistics, merchandise, and shipping.
- Familiarity with procurement, purchase order processes, and expense reconciliation.
- Strong vendor management skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Asana or Monday.com.
- Ability to manage inbound requests and set clear timeline expectations.
- Experience supporting global teams across time zones.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end coordination of event materials and branded merchandise for global field and corporate events.
- Maintain global event materials inventory and manage reordering/refresh cycles.
- Coordinate shipping, fulfillment, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of event materials.
- Process procurement requests, manage vendor contracts, and reconcile marketing expenses.
- Support field and event managers with registration, attendee management, and speaker coordination.
- Manage event tool logistics including booth registrations and lead retrieval rentals.
- Maintain program documentation including calendars and shipping trackers in project management tools.
- Collaborate with brand and design teams to ensure assets are on-brand and produced on time.
- Support onboarding of temporary event staff or contractors.
