Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business, scientific or a technical discipline.
- 4+ years Project Management experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or CRO environment.
- Previous CRO experience.
- Budget management experience.
- Proven ability to manage a full workload across multiple projects.
- Strong grasp of study deliverables and timelines.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and deliver against tight timelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead Global clinical trials across all phases.
- Mentor project management team members and clinical staff.
- Manage project budget, financial forecasting, and invoicing.
- Assess need for change in scope and lead Change Order Process.
- Proactively manage risks and guide team members through challenges.
- Foster team collaboration and effective communication in a virtual environment.
- Lead internal project team utilizing Agile methodologies.
