Requirements
- BS in life sciences or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing large, complex global clinical research projects.
- Recent experience in respiratory therapeutic area.
- Strong understanding of clinical research concepts and regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH).
- Ability to interpret study protocols and designs.
- Experience in on-site monitoring visits or managing CRA teams.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality scientific standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects and conceptualize execution strategies.
- Prepare project management plans and governance documents.
- Recommend and implement operational and risk management strategies.
- Manage assigned project resources, staff, and vendors.
- Manage project scope of work and negotiate changes.
- Provide strategic and tactical guidance to customers and team members.
- Mentor, train, and provide orientation for team members.
- Manage team dynamics and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with customers to provide solutions.
- Contribute to business development, including proposals and bid defenses.
