Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management or coordination experience.
- Expert knowledge of scientific principles and concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and intermediate Excel.
- Hands-on experience with clinical trial and pharmaceutical development.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, 21 CFR Part 11, FDA, and GCP requirements.
- Basic understanding of CRO operations and drug development processes.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop budgets for moderate complexity projects.
- Ensure financial KPIs are achieved and manage invoicing/revenue projections.
- Develop project timelines and use Microsoft Project for schedule management.
- Execute daily project activities, including risk identification and issue resolution.
- Manage client relationships and drive account growth.
- Participate in or lead RFIs/RFPs, capabilities meetings, and bid defenses.
- Facilitate meetings and ensure project objectives are met.
