Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or PLG roles.
- Hands-on experience running structured experimentation programs (A/B testing, multivariate testing, CRO).
- Background in a PLG-oriented company, developer tools, consumer app, or creator economy platform.
- Strong data orientation and experience using behavioral analytics.
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to influence growth levers.
- Proven ability to manage paid acquisition channels with a PLG lens.
- Experience managing and growing a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end creator PLG strategy.
- Set annual and quarterly GTM plans, including goals and experimentation roadmaps.
- Optimize full creator funnel from awareness to transaction.
- Manage and iterate on conversion rate optimization (CRO) for landing pages and onboarding flows.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to identify in-product growth levers.
- Build and develop a high-performing creator PLG team.
- Define and report on PLG measurement frameworks and health metrics.
