  • 12+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven track record exceeding revenue targets for complex deals ($250K+ ACV).
  • Experience in digital health, healthcare technology, employee wellbeing, or HR technology.
  • Expertise leading complex sales engagements across diverse buyer personas.
  • Experience navigating regulated enterprise environments, including privacy and compliance.
  • Success building and scaling high-performing sales organizations.
  • Strong partnership experience with RevOps to drive forecasting and pipeline.
  • Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full revenue lifecycle across Employer, Healthcare, Sports, and Research segments.
  • Refine go-to-market strategy, segmentation, commercial priorities, and resource allocation.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead Enterprise Account Executives and Account Managers.
  • Establish performance standards, team structures, and development strategies.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements across diverse customer use cases.
  • Structure pilot programs, multi-year engagements, and scalable expansion pathways.
  • Establish territory design, operating cadence, and forecasting rigor with RevOps.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
