Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise new business development, B2B sales, or partnership growth.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a leadership role managing quota-carrying teams.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in SaaS, data, or intelligence solutions.
  • Deep understanding of sales strategy and performance management in mission-driven sectors.
  • Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining sales talent.
  • Strong command of forecasting, pipeline analysis, and KPI tracking.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.
  • Exceptional executive communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Account Executives focused on generating new business in the Enterprise space.
  • Drive accountability by setting clear goals, tracking performance against key metrics, and providing regular feedback.
  • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies that grow pipeline and increase conversion rates.
  • Use analytics and CRM insights to monitor activity and forecast accurately.
  • Connect FiscalNote’s solutions to the policy, regulatory, and operational priorities of clients.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Client Success to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene.
  • Refine sales processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
