Requirements

- Proficiency in Python or Kotlin

- Experience defining technical plans for significant feature delivery
- Strong communication skills for global collaboration
- Proven ability to make significant changes in a large codebase safely
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver quarterly goals for the team
- Lead engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics on the development lifecycle
- Identify and resolve technical, process, and business issues
- Support operations, availability, and on-call efforts
- Set and improve code review and design standards
