Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Experience in at least one other server-side language.
- SQL and PostgreSQL mastery (query optimization, data migrations, modeling).
- Strong understanding of OOP and design patterns.
- System design experience focused on scalability.
- Expertise in high-volume performance optimization (concurrency, idempotency).
- API development skills (input validation, JWT, queue-based systems).
- Ability to excel in a remote-first, distributed team environment.
- Strong asynchronous communication skills.
Responsibilities
