Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B marketing.
- At least 3 years leading a marketing team at a developer tools company through hyper-growth.
- Deep familiarity with the vector search, retrieval, or broader AI infrastructure space.
- Proven track record building both enterprise/ABM demand gen and PLG growth motions.
- Strong background in technical product marketing.
- Hands-on operator experience (copywriting, campaign building, analytics).
- Experience leveraging AI-driven marketing workflows and automation tools (e.g., Clay, n8n, Claud Cowork).
- Ability to operate in a remote & async organization.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the marketing org across demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, growth, and design.
- Own the pipeline number jointly with Sales.
- Stand up a demand generation engine spanning enterprise campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), outbound coordination, competitive migrations, and field events.
- Drive product-led growth (PLG) acquisition and conversion.
- Lead go-to-market for major product launches.
- Build ABM programs targeting enterprise verticals.
- Own content strategy, SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO), and technical product marketing.
