Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical devices sales or specialty pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate qualification preferred (BDS or Management degree is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage large territories independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs within clinical or healthcare environments.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into measurable results.
  • Good knowledge of local language(s) and strong interpersonal skills.
  • High level of self-motivation, resilience, and results orientation.
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by driving growth within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement territory strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, implantologists, KOLs, and key accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and support clinicians during live cases when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Finance, Logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Manage accounts receivable and support payment collection in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting on sales performance and market insights.
  • Support marketing and training initiatives, including business development activities and customer engagement programs.
  • Handle order placement, shipment coordination, and resolution of customer issues including implant replacement processes.
