Requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience in the Web3 industry.
- Hands-on usage or service experience with major exchanges, wallets, custody solutions, or DeFi.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and risk–return.
- Ability to work in both Chinese and English (fluent in speaking, reading, and writing).
- Results-oriented with clear KPI management.
- Comfortable with high-intensity work and frequent travel.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop high-value institutional clients like investment firms, asset managers, and family offices.
- Build a client pipeline via industry events, referrals, and in-person visits.
- Develop tailored service solutions based on deep understanding of client trading strategies and capital structure.
- Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships to drive trading activity and AUM.
- Own and hit KPI targets for asset onboarding and revenue contribution.
- Provide expert product recommendations across the full product suite.
- Synthesize client feedback to drive internal product and risk improvements.
- Perform market intelligence and competitive tracking.
