Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Development or B2B sales.
- At least 2+ years in a leadership role managing and scaling SDR/BDR teams.
- Proven ability to coach sales talent effectively, diagnose performance gaps, and improve conversion and pipeline outcomes.
- Strong experience designing and executing outbound sales motions.
- Advanced CRM expertise (e.g., HubSpot or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using dashboards, funnel metrics, and performance data.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation in sales environments.
- Experience managing distributed or global teams across time zones.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the SDR function end-to-end, including strategy, playbooks, qualification frameworks, routing processes, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- Build and scale outbound sales capabilities, including multi-channel prospecting strategies and structured cadence systems.
- Drive team performance through hands-on coaching, pipeline reviews, call analysis, live deal support, and continuous skills development.
- Own operational excellence including funnel analytics, forecasting, capacity planning, activity tracking, and real-time reporting using CRM and BI tools.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to improve lead quality, conversion rates, ICP alignment, and handoff processes.
- Implement AI-driven sales enablement solutions, including automation, lead enrichment, personalization workflows, and productivity enhancements.
- Define career development pathways and structured training programs.
