Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new inside sales associates.
  • Lead training and development of team members.
  • Set, track, and drive quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor and improve performance indicators such as close rates and conversion rates.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Manage underperformance through structured plans.
  • Handle escalations and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead by example through execution and accountability.
