Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new inside sales associates.
- Lead training and development of team members.
- Set, track, and drive quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor and improve performance indicators such as close rates and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Manage underperformance through structured plans.
- Handle escalations and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Lead by example through execution and accountability.
