Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic sales, or mobile app advertising with a strong track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers at brands, agencies, and enterprise organizations.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate data and insights into compelling business value.
- Deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, including programmatic demand and performance marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills tailored to executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while collaborating cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated resilience and persistence in managing long and complex sales cycles.
- Highly strategic and data-driven approach to sales execution and pipeline management.
- Existing network within the mobile advertising or digital marketing industry is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, contracting, and deal closure for high-value demand-side opportunities.
- Drive new logo acquisition across mid-market and enterprise clients within gaming and non-gaming verticals.
- Lead client engagement post-contract, ensuring smooth campaign activation and providing ongoing strategic performance optimization guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, and Performance Strategy to ensure successful deal execution and onboarding.
- Maintain deep expertise in mobile advertising trends, programmatic ecosystems, and competitive landscape to position solutions effectively.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build pipeline and strengthen market presence.
- Manage pipeline rigorously using CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets through strategic selling and strong client relationships.
