Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or business process management (or 10+ years of equivalent experience).
  • Strong experience in process improvement, value stream mapping, and end-to-end operational optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, influence teams, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to operational detail.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 10–20%).
  • Ability to translate complex operational needs into structured, actionable process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Map, analyze, and optimize current and future-state business processes across the full manufacturing value chain, from quotation to warranty.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across factory operations and hub-level functions to enhance efficiency and standardization.
  • Drive and support cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution, alignment with business objectives, and measurable outcomes.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and validate system updates to ensure functionality aligns with business requirements.
  • Gather, prioritize, and document business requirements while proposing scalable process and system enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement sustainable, long-term process solutions.
  • Support ERP system maintenance activities, with a focus on SAP optimization, data integrity, and user support.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, and user documentation to ensure process consistency.
