Requirements

  • 5+ years of tech sales experience, including at least 3 years in a full-cycle closing role
  • Proven success in enterprise account management, including upsell and cross-sell responsibilities
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven account strategy and financial forecasting
  • Ability to engage and influence both technical and executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience working with SaaS, CPaaS, PaaS, or API-based solutions preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and optimize sales processes

Responsibilities

  • Own and expand key enterprise ISV accounts, ensuring long-term revenue growth and retention
  • Develop and execute account strategies to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Lead highly consultative, analytical sales cycles with senior technical and business stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting through CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, finance, support, and services
  • Act as a customer advocate internally while aligning solutions to complex enterprise needs
  • Deliver consistent performance against revenue, gross profit, and strategic growth targets
