Requirements
- 5+ years of tech sales experience, including at least 3 years in a full-cycle closing role
- Proven success in enterprise account management, including upsell and cross-sell responsibilities
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven account strategy and financial forecasting
- Ability to engage and influence both technical and executive-level stakeholders
- Experience working with SaaS, CPaaS, PaaS, or API-based solutions preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and optimize sales processes
Responsibilities
- Own and expand key enterprise ISV accounts, ensuring long-term revenue growth and retention
- Develop and execute account strategies to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Lead highly consultative, analytical sales cycles with senior technical and business stakeholders
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting through CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, finance, support, and services
- Act as a customer advocate internally while aligning solutions to complex enterprise needs
- Deliver consistent performance against revenue, gross profit, and strategic growth targets
