Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience selling telecom, networking, or service provider solutions to Tier-1 carriers.
- Proven success managing large, complex sales cycles with multi-million-dollar deal values and extended decision timelines.
- Strong technical understanding of IP networking, voice/SBC, cloud/virtualization, and modern network architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives across both technical and commercial domains.
- Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and account management skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and related sales tools.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the strategic account plan for a key Tier-1 service provider, driving revenue growth across multiple business units and technology domains including IP routing, voice, cloud, and edge solutions.
- Manage and deepen executive relationships across engineering, architecture, procurement, IT, and network operations teams.
- Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from qualification through negotiation, closing, and post-sale expansion.
- Lead RFP responses, commercial proposals, and competitive bids while coordinating internal product, engineering, and executive support.
- Develop multi-year account strategies aligned with customer transformation initiatives and internal growth objectives.
- Provide market and customer insights to influence product roadmap direction and commercial strategy.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and disciplined execution using CRM tools and structured sales methodologies.
