Requirements

  • Master’s degree (MBA preferred) plus a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in project or program management within supply chain, logistics, sourcing, or manufacturing.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs across multiple departments and functions.
  • Strong background in end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, production, materials planning, and commercialization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project prioritization, sequencing, and execution alignment with business goals.
  • Experience in risk management, change management, and process improvement within complex operational environments.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills supporting supply chain and financial outcomes.
  • PMP or Project Management Certification required.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 40% total travel).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the Americas Supply Chain program, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and successful delivery of related projects.
  • Define program scope, objectives, budgets, risks, and success criteria in collaboration with supply chain leadership.
  • Manage strategic prioritization, sequencing, and execution of supply chain initiatives across sourcing, operations, and materials management.
  • Oversee cross-functional project teams, ensuring coordination across manufacturing, logistics, sourcing, and production activities.
  • Drive supply chain integration efforts, including production runs, material sourcing, and manufacturing transitions or relocations.
  • Monitor program risks, dependencies, and change impacts, implementing mitigation strategies and governance structures.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in program management processes, data-driven decision-making, and operational execution.
