Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant medical, engineering or science discipline and minimum 20 years of experience
- Master of Science degree and 15 years of program management experience
- 5 years VA program management experience and 15 years' experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Program Management Professional (PgMP)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Contractor’s primary contract manager.
- Formulate and enforce work standards and assign contractor schedules.
- Review work discrepancies and supervise contractor personnel.
- Communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
- Manage on-boarding and coordinate orientation of contract staff.
- Work with COR, technical representative, and CO for any contract issues.
- Oversee overall contract performance and lead senior management briefings.
- Coordinate identification of risk and variance to HEFP Program Engineers.
- Track and manage project execution and milestones.
