Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles.
- Proven experience with ICP development and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign management, including digital, outbound, and event marketing.
- Excellent writing and content creation skills across multiple marketing formats.
- Ability to translate buyer insights, data, and competitive intelligence into effective campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and optimizing outcomes.
- Strong collaboration skills working with sales, product marketing, operations, and creative teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with strong ownership and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) in collaboration with sales, product marketing, and revenue operations to improve targeting and segmentation strategies.
- Design and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, social, content syndication, outbound, and event channels.
- Plan and manage account-based marketing (ABM) programs for priority accounts and segments, ensuring aligned messaging and coordinated outreach.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution, including strategy, content creation, launch, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Create campaign assets such as email copy, landing pages, ads, social content, and event promotions tailored to target audiences.
- Partner with creative teams to ensure consistent branding, messaging alignment, and high-quality campaign execution.
- Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, and industry conferences as part of broader pipeline generation efforts.
- Analyze campaign performance across channels, using data insights to optimize results and improve future initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing operations to support automation workflows, lead scoring, and lead routing processes.
- Share insights, performance reports, and learnings with cross-functional teams to inform ongoing strategy and execution.
