Responsibilities
- Plan, strategize, direct, and execute strategic marketing initiatives.
- Develop and implement brand and marketing plans supporting organizational goals.
- Gather and interpret primary data from campaigns, surveys, and focus groups.
- Analyze data and prepare reports for internal communications planning.
- Lead department-wide initiatives and manage external vendor relationships.
- Support physician recruitment and referral growth efforts.
- Track and report return on investment metrics.
