  • 8+ years of media planning experience.
  • Deep pharma expertise (HCP + DTC).
  • Strong media agency background.
  • Proven client-facing leadership experience.
  • Fluency in MLR/FDA requirements.
  • Expertise across digital channels, data partners, and media research tools.
  • Clear, confident communication and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own media strategy across launch readiness and lifecycle management.
  • Define channel roles, audience approaches, and investment frameworks.
  • Lead integrated planning across digital and traditional channels.
  • Ensure media plans reflect the full patient and HCP journey.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients.
  • Partner with activation, strategy, client services, and project management teams.
  • Oversee external media partners to ensure quality execution.
  • Manage and optimize large media budgets.
  • Interpret performance data to drive inflight optimization.
