Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics within a SaaS environment.
- Consultative leadership aligning and guiding product teams.
- Expertise in SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau.
- Experience handling PHI (Protected Health Information).
- Navigating security requirements of highly regulated healthcare data environments.
- Demonstrated success analyzing financial data, billing metrics, or revenue cycle management (RCM) workflows.
- Ability to break down ambiguous business problems into structured components.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve Tebra’s product performance metrics and reporting infrastructure.
- Serve as a strategic business partner to Product and Engineering leadership.
- Deliver leadership-ready analyses and Tableau dashboards.
- Build and maintain scalable SQL models in Snowflake.
- Establish unified reporting standards across Product, Engineering, and Finance.
- Partner with cross-functional analysts to connect product usage to business metrics.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary.
