Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related STEM field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, business strategy, or decision support roles
- Advanced Excel skills with experience handling large and complex datasets
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Experience with Tableau is preferred
- Familiarity with Python or R is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with healthcare data or healthcare financial operations is a plus
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on execution and follow-through
- Experience leveraging AI tools or automation for workflow efficiency is a plus
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance core pricing platforms, ensuring accuracy and reliability across financial workflows
- Analyze billing and payment trends to identify inefficiencies, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Develop and improve reporting tools and dashboards to monitor financial performance and operational health
- Serve as a subject matter expert for data analysis supporting new business initiatives and strategic decisions
- Lead root-cause analysis for payment and billing issues, driving resolution from identification through implementation
- Translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement scalable financial solutions
- Capture and execute follow-ups from stakeholder discussions, ensuring accountability and timely resolution
- Continuously improve financial processes through structured, analytical problem-solving approaches
