Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7–10 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related finance roles.
Proven experience leading financial projects of varying scope and complexity.
Strong proficiency in financial tools and systems, including advanced Excel and database tools (e.g., Access).
Deep understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to executive-level stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strategic mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights.

Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend evaluation, and interpretation of financial and operational data.
Prepare forecasts, reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Develop and maintain financial models, spreadsheets, and databases to support ongoing reporting and analysis.
Lead and coordinate financial analysis projects from data gathering through to documentation and final reporting.
Identify financial risks, opportunities, and performance gaps, providing actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure alignment on financial goals and project timelines.
Present insights and findings to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business narratives.
