Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related finance roles.
- Proven experience leading financial projects of varying scope and complexity.
- Strong proficiency in financial tools and systems, including advanced Excel and database tools (e.g., Access).
- Deep understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to executive-level stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strategic mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend evaluation, and interpretation of financial and operational data.
- Prepare forecasts, reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Develop and maintain financial models, spreadsheets, and databases to support ongoing reporting and analysis.
- Lead and coordinate financial analysis projects from data gathering through to documentation and final reporting.
- Identify financial risks, opportunities, and performance gaps, providing actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure alignment on financial goals and project timelines.
- Present insights and findings to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business narratives.
