Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, strategy, or similar analytical roles.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience supporting cross-functional or strategic initiatives.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders and executive audiences.
- Experience working with KPI development, performance management frameworks, or executive reporting.
- Familiarity with enterprise financial systems such as SAP is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting go-to-market, partner, or sales organizations is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial analysis and decision support to leadership.
- Develop and maintain financial models, business cases, ROI analyses, and scenario planning.
- Design and evolve KPIs, scorecards, and performance dashboards.
- Analyze revenue, margin, productivity, and operational performance metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
- Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations.
