Requirements
- 3–5 years in analytics, data-driven problem solving, or AI/automation-focused roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred fields: Computer Science, Analytics).
- Strong knowledge of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows, pain points, and regulatory considerations.
- Practical experience with Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG, Python-based pilots).
- Technical proficiency with Python and SQL.
- Experience with Azure ecosystem tools and Azure OpenAI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current RCM workflows to identify opportunities for LLM-based automation, analytics enhancements, or process optimization.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and develop Python pilots leveraging Azure OpenAI services.
- Evaluate LLM output quality, test prompts, refine feature inputs, and support technical teams in shaping production-ready requirements.
- Participate in design and testing of GenAI pilots, RAG workflows, intelligent agents, and AI-enabled decision support tools.
- Prepare insights, feasibility assessments, and recommendations that inform product direction and business case development.
- Assess new data sources, validate data quality, and ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory standards.
- Support cross-functional sessions, requirements gathering, and documentation of solution designs.
