Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, specifically navigating and working with mortgage systems.
- Experience working with Loan Origination Systems is a big plus.
- Experience in pricing and/or secondary marketing (PPE configuration, lock desk operations, investor delivery, loan sale workflows, or hedging) is a huge plus.
- Comfortable working closely with engineers and product managers.
- Ability to read API documentation, reason about data schemas, and pull apart JSON/XML payloads.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Postman, basic SQL, or scripting.
- Self-starter with high attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Become a Vesta product expert, understanding how to test all functionality within the platform, and diligently document test cases with a high attention to detail.
- Work with our partner integrations team to help configure our integrations and map data across platforms.
- Partner with our customer implementation team to create canonical documentation around all aspects of both loan fulfillment workflows and the nuances of our product.
- Stay in lock step with our engineering, product, and partner teams, keeping them updated on testing and integration status.
- Be an indispensable part of delivering industry-changing software to our customers!
