- 4+ years focused on front-end frameworks, platforms, or developer-facing products.
- Experience managing high-scale web platforms.
- Experience driving large-scale technical migrations.
- Deep understanding of modern web stack.
- Experience with SEO and LLM-optimized architecture.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Web Vitals.
- Exceptional leadership and influencing skills.
- Experience in high-growth B2C marketplace (preferred).
- Experience in SEO/LLM-driven environments (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Define and champion the product vision for a unified global front-end platform.
- Architect front-end frameworks for the agentic software development lifecycle.
- Develop self-service frameworks for marketing to launch SEO-optimized front ends.
- Optimize SDLC to reduce time-to-market for developers.
- Manage platform backlog and write detailed technical requirements.
- Act as primary interface between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Define and monitor KPIs like Core Web Vitals and platform adoption.
- Analyze web performance data to justify technical investments.
