Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in business/commercial banking.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze financial performance and develop reporting and projections.
- Understanding of enabling technologies such as API and RPA.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- 5+ years of Treasury Management product management preferred.
- Payments strategy experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical and strategic subject matter expert for multiple treasury products.
- Develop comprehensive strategies aligning with enterprise objectives.
- Manage P&L performance and growth targets for the assigned portfolio.
- Coordinate with sales teams on pricing and program initiatives.
- Lead engagement with agile development teams and technology resources.
- Manage vendor relationships, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
- Identify emerging trends and technologies for thought leadership.
- Manage risk associated with products and ensure compliance with risk appetite.
