Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in strategy, analytics, or consulting in healthcare operations
- Knowledge of current and emerging technologies and their application to business goals
- Familiarity with healthcare consumer journey mapping and redesigning
- Experience with forecasting and market analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis tools: Excel, SQL, PowerBI, or similar
Responsibilities
- Help develop an IT strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals
- Identify key issues, articulate problems, develop solutions and make recommendations
- Conduct research to identify the healthcare landscape and needs for the organization
- Analyze data to inform strategic decisions
- Assist in the development and implementation of an innovation and/or strategic projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and goals
- Prepare reports and present findings to leadership
- Lead a small-sized strategy project under guidance
- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements
