Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or strategy.
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
- Experience supporting cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work with multiple data sources and enterprise systems.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex information into executive-level insights.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, evolving business settings.
- Experience with KPI development or commercial strategy (highly preferred).
- Familiarity with enterprise systems like SAP (plus).
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial and analytical support to Commercial Excellence and Strategy teams.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses.
- Design, implement, and maintain KPI frameworks and performance tracking tools.
- Analyze revenue, margin, productivity, and operational performance trends.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
- Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Identify business risks and opportunities.
- Continuously enhance analytical tools and financial methodologies.
