Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in commercial solar monitoring or performance analysis
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, monitoring platforms, and maintenance practices
- Experience working with DAS platforms and interpreting solar performance alerts
- Familiarity with energy simulation tools
- Ability to read and interpret solar system design documentation
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and client-facing interactions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving mindset with sound judgment
Responsibilities
- Monitor solar performance data and DAS platforms to detect alerts, diagnose issues, and recommend corrective actions
- Analyze system trends across commercial installations to identify inefficiencies and performance gaps
- Create, track, and manage service tickets while coordinating with operations and field teams
- Provide technical support to clients, site hosts, and field technicians
- Support onboarding of new assets by configuring system data and validating technical specifications
- Assist in performance modeling and simulation of solar PV systems
- Generate and validate client performance reports
- Contribute to sales and pre-sales support through technical insights
- Document processes and refine workflows to drive continuous improvement
