Requirements
- 3 years of commercial solar monitoring experience.
- Strong understanding of solar technology, maintenance, and industry landscape.
- Hands-on experience with Data Acquisition System (DAS) platforms and alerts.
- Experience with project management and technical support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and G Suite.
- Experience using CRM applications.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor commercial solar systems (15 kW - 10 MW) and manage alerts via DAS platforms.
- Analyze project data to identify performance trends and issues.
- Create and track service tickets for system anomalies.
- Provide technical support to customers and field service technicians.
- Onboard new client assets and configure technical specifications in platforms.
- Perform simulation of solar PV generation system performance.
- Produce and verify performance reports for clients.
- Assist the sales team with pre-sales performance modeling and technical support.
- Document best practices and propose improvements for proprietary software.
