Requirements

  • B.S. in Healthcare, Biomedical Sciences or Related Field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in scientific research, healthcare consulting, medical affairs, or similar setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL.
  • Demonstrated experience with scientific writing (e.g., publications, abstracts, reports).
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Master’s degree (MSc) in Biostatistics or Quantitative Methods preferred.
  • Working knowledge of statistics and study design preferred.
  • Experience in a startup or digital health environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze internal data across patient outcomes, engagement, surveys, and program performance.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries on large clinical datasets.
  • Draft and refine peer-reviewed manuscripts, conference abstracts, white papers, and reports.
  • Conduct literature reviews to support claims substantiation.
  • Own research operations infrastructure and the marketing claims pipeline.
  • Manage IRB submissions, revisions, and research study oversight.
  • Partner with Marketing, Legal, and Product teams to ensure evidence strength and claim accuracy.
