- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of data analytics experience
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
- Experience with Army Vantage or other DoD data systems
- Minimum active DoD Secret clearance
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards integrating Army data sources (GFEBS, GCSS-Army, Vantage)
- Create optimized ETL processes and SQL-based data pipelines
- Perform data validation, quality assurance, and integration across Army systems
- Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver analytic solutions aligned to mission needs
- Present findings and trends to leadership through advanced visualization techniques
