Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A or financial controlling.
- Deep understanding of core financial statements (P&L, BS, CF) under IFRS.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills for complex models.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills for executive-level storytelling.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Accounting, Reporting, Tax and Financial Controllers to support the monthly management reporting close by cleansing, validating, and consolidating data.
- Own procure-to-pay monitoring for assigned entities: track requests/payments, resolve issues, and ensure complete audit/tax/reporting documentation.
- Maintain financial data integrity across complex Google Sheets models.
- Build high-quality reports and presentations for leadership using PowerPoint.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather timely inputs for short-term forecasting cycles.
- Prepare supporting calculations and incorporate them into reporting and forecasting.
- Proactively optimize processes by identifying data pain points and implementing scalable solutions.
