Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of experience in a finance environment, including reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Strong analytical, accounting, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and establish priorities without supervision.
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across departments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours.
- Ability to travel up to 20% when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute monthly internal and external financial reporting.
- Provide management and client ad-hoc reporting as required.
- Maintain and analyze metric reporting for various operations.
- Resolve data inconsistencies or anomalies in complex research.
- Assist in compiling and analyzing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Support driving loss prevention controls to ensure financial transparency.
- Utilize S/4 and Corporate reporting data to identify operational deficiencies.
- Provide guidance and support for high-level projects and audits.
