Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting.
  • Experience with leadership or project coordination responsibilities.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and advanced analytical techniques.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience in healthcare finance preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with enterprise financial systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead advanced financial analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives, capital planning, and organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for cash forecasting, treasury management, budgeting, and scenario planning.
  • Perform KPI tracking, benchmarking, and variance analysis to identify financial trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee budgeting processes, cost accounting activities, and productivity analysis while recommending process enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory frameworks, including government reimbursement rules such as Medicare/Medicaid.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional financial projects, including reconciliations, program evaluations, and business assessments.
  • Serve as a financial systems and technical accounting resource while mentoring and supporting junior accounting staff.
