Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting.
- Experience with leadership or project coordination responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and advanced analytical techniques.
- Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience in healthcare finance preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with enterprise financial systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead advanced financial analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives, capital planning, and organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for cash forecasting, treasury management, budgeting, and scenario planning.
- Perform KPI tracking, benchmarking, and variance analysis to identify financial trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Oversee budgeting processes, cost accounting activities, and productivity analysis while recommending process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory frameworks, including government reimbursement rules such as Medicare/Medicaid.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional financial projects, including reconciliations, program evaluations, and business assessments.
- Serve as a financial systems and technical accounting resource while mentoring and supporting junior accounting staff.
