Requirements
- 8+ years in RevOps, GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, or adjacent technical function.
- Experience as both an IC builder and a people leader.
- Proven track record at a growth-stage B2B company with complex sales motions.
- Deep hands-on fluency with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Command of GTM data enrichment/orchestration tools (Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
- Experience with integration/automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make, Workato).
- Familiarity with data infrastructure (Segment, Snowflake, dbt, BigQuery).
- Real experience deploying LLMs, agents, or scrapers inside live GTM workflows.
- Comfort with light scripting (Python, JavaScript).
- Proven ability to influence executive leadership on technology strategy.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the RevOps function by developing roadmaps, infrastructure, and team scaling.
- Partner with C-suite and VP leaders to tie RevOps initiatives to revenue outcomes.
- Design and own compensation and commission plans in partnership with Finance.
- Build sales playbooks, methodology, and enablement programs.
- Own forecasting accuracy, pipeline integrity, and data hygiene.
- Architect, integrate, and optimize the GTM tech stack including CRM, enrichment, and automation tools.
- Deploy AI-native revenue systems for lead scoring, routing, and meeting/deal intelligence.
- Drive experimentation and build documentation culture for institutional knowledge.
