Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of leading revenue systems strategy and CRM architecture.
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with CPQ, Outreach, Clari, LeanData, 6sense, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, or equivalent platforms.
  • Understanding of revenue lifecycle processes including lead routing, opportunity management, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive adoption of complex systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading and mentoring technical or operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the overall revenue systems architecture aligned with go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end revenue processes and automation.
  • Manage and enhance the core revenue tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
  • Translate business requirements into structured technical solutions for stakeholders.
  • Drive change management for system implementations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Establish governance, policies, and documentation for revenue operations.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with IT, data, sales, and product teams.
  • Mentor and develop a team of revenue systems specialists and Salesforce experts.
