Requirements
- 20+ years experience leading legal teams
- Experience as a General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, or senior legal executive
- Background in the technology industry or tech-adjacent environments
- Experience coaching individuals
- Ability to dedicate 12+ hours per month for at least 24 months
- Must participate in and graduate from Mento's ICF-certified training program
- Self-aware with high emotional IQ
- Ability to work in a changing startup environment
Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions
- Participating in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities
- Communicating with members via Mento email or app
- Sharing coaching tools and insights with the Mento community
- Acting as an ambassador of the Mento community
