Experience: 5+ years

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or IT Consulting.
Direct ownership of technical pre-sales motions, ideally in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
Deep working knowledge of on-premise and cloud IT infrastructure (SSO/SAML, MFA, endpoint security, EDR, Backup & Recovery).
Proven ability to develop and deliver technical training and enablement programs.
Exceptional communication skills, effective with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience partnering with Account Executives to improve technical win rates.
Experience supporting partner and co-sell motions with PEO, payroll, or HR tech partners.
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and manage cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations.
Manage technical validation, proof of concept processes, and security/compliance questionnaires.
Serve as the primary technical resource during customer engagements regarding integrations, security, and cloud infrastructure.
Maintain competitive positioning and objection handling frameworks.
Support partner-driven deals and co-selling motions.
Develop and deliver internal technical training and sales enablement programs.
Refine demo environments and technical sales narratives.
Document recurring product gaps and technical objections for the Product and Engineering teams.
