- Experience in forward deployment or support engineering
- Background in infrastructure, platform, security, or ML/AI
- Proven experience leading teams through hypergrowth or scale
- Capacity to dedicate 12+ hours per month
- Commitment to stay with Mento for at least 24 months
- High emotional intelligence
- Strong communication and influence skills
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities
- Communicate with members via Mento email or chat
- Share coaching tools and insights within the community
- Act as an ambassador of the Mento community
