Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product/UX design.
- Substantial experience designing and shipping complex, multi-surface products.
- 3+ years of experience managing product designers.
- Proven ability to lead product and design vision.
- Strong UX and interaction design skills.
- Visual/UI craft and systems thinking.
- Demonstrated experience using research and data to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Track record of operating effectively in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Leadership style rooted in empathy, direct feedback, and a growth mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own the design vision for partner experiences in Supply.
- Shape strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes in collaboration with PM and Eng leads.
- Lead and grow a high-performing Supply design team.
- Drive excellence in craft and quality across products.
- Champion discovery, research, and data-informed decisions.
- Balance speed, quality, and impact.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
