Requirements
- 5+ years as a PM shipping customer-facing software.
- Proven experience owning and scaling a mature, in-market product.
- Demonstrated ability to set multi-quarter product vision and strategy.
- Strong technical fluency (web/mobile architecture, APIs, SQL).
- Experience working with engineering and ML practitioners.
- Strong analytical skills, including metrics definition and A/B testing.
- Ownership mindset regarding incident response and SLAs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using generative coding tools for prototyping.
- Experience in supply chain, grocery, or retail domains is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for Store Ordering.
- Drive performance, reliability, and measurable shrink and sales impact.
- Lead roadmap prioritization with a clear, data-driven trade-off approach.
- Partner with Data and ML teams to evolve forecasting and ordering policies.
- Shape and drive the strategy for input quality and anomalous user behavior detection.
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional delivery and change management for multi-chain rollouts.
- Define and own SLAs, incident response processes, and on-call playbooks.
- Serve as a trusted partner to customer stakeholders and support GTM strategy.
- Define and track key success metrics like accuracy and adoption.
- Represent Store Ordering in leadership forums.
